You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If your payment fails or your account becomes past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your complete payment card information.

Taxes, if applicable, will be added to your invoice based on your location.

You may not use our services to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or violate any anti-spam laws.

You may not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that could harm our services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
